Chandler waits for news about whether his internship will turn into a permanent assistant's position. The open positions get filled and he's depressed about not getting chosen, until he learns that he's being offered a better position - Junior Copywriter. Phoebe, frightened by a pigeon, accidentally drops the lottery tickets off the balcony, and half are lost. But they still win... three dollars.
